You can register through the website's registration form using your email address. Simply navigate to the registration page and begin the process by filling in the required fields. Your account will be created once these fields are completed, but it will only be activated upon email verification. To verify your email, you must log in to your inbox and click on the provided verification link. After this step, you will be able to access the DeltaFX CRM. Registration is only considered complete once you have verified your email address. If the email verification process is not finished, the registration remains "incomplete."

Identity verification at DeltaFX is an automated process. By uploading one of the valid identification documents through your user dashboard, your verification will be completed. Go to the Profile section and click on the "Verify Mobile Number" option. A verification code (OTP) will be sent to you. Entering this code will complete your phone number verification.

Account security is maintained through unique usernames (email), case-sensitive passwords, access restrictions across multiple devices, and continuous monitoring for suspicious activities. In the event of unusual behavior, account access may be temporarily restricted to ensure the safety of your funds.
No. For security and compliance, all withdrawals specifically those via local currency (Rial) must be processed to an account belonging strictly to the account holder. Entering the bank details of a third party is not permitted.
For security purposes and internal compliance, all withdrawal requests must be verified by the relevant department. This process is in place to prevent unauthorized transactions and protect users from potential errors or fraudulent activities.
Yes. In cases of specific requests such as a change of IB (Introducing Broker) or if abnormal activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended or restricted to allow for a thorough security investigation.
While we provide a secure environment, users are responsible for implementing strong passwords, enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Additionally, users should only access their accounts from secure devices and must immediately notify support if any unusual activity is observed.
We support Local Rial, Tether (TRC20 & BEP20), TopChange (TC Pay), and ZPay.
Yes, all deposit methods are instant, except for the Local Rial method.
From your dashboard, select the "Deposit" option and then "Local Deposit" to receive the necessary payment information. After transferring the funds, you must upload and submit your transaction receipt through the user panel.
Local Rial deposits require manual review and confirmation by our Finance Department.
- Local Rial and ZPay: Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Iran Time). - Tether (TRC20 & BEP20) and TopChange: Sunday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Iran Time). Note: Withdrawal requests are not processed on Saturdays due to the closure of the broker's Finance Department. Requests submitted outside of financial working hours will be processed on the next business day. Due to bank closures in Iran, Local Rial withdrawals are not processed on Fridays or official Iranian holidays.

No, there are no daily withdrawal limits at DeltaFX Broker.
To transfer balance from your wallet to a trading account, go to the "Accounts" section in the right-hand menu of your panel, select your desired trading account, and click "Deposit to Account." For further guidance, please refer to the article: How to Deposit to a Trading Account.

- Deposits: Processed Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Iran Time). The process may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals: Processed Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Iran Time). No Rial withdrawals are processed on Fridays or public holidays.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during specific financial hours (Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Iran Time). Please check the status of your request in the "Tickets" section of your user panel.
To register or disable a withdrawal whitelist, navigate to the "Withdrawal" section in your user panel. You may register as many whitelisted accounts as you wish.
- Local Rial: Registration of bank account details must be reviewed by the Finance Department during business hours.
- ZPay, Tether, and TopChange: Whitelist registration is confirmed directly by the user.
The withdrawal fee for the BEP20 network is $4 per request.
To cancel a request, log in to your panel, go to the "Tickets" section, click on the relevant ticket, and select the "Cancel" option. Please note that requests can only be canceled while they are "Under Review"; once the payment is processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

To enable trading in MetaTrader, you must first log in using your Main (Master) Password. Then, ensure you have selected the correct server: Deltafx-Real for MetaTrader 4 Real accounts and DeltaFx-Server for MetaTrader 5.
- If the "New Order" option is disabled:
- Verify that you are logged in with the Master Password, not the Investor Password.
- Ensure your MetaTrader 5 Real account has a balance, as it is required for login.
- You may also use the video tutorials provided in the user panel for downloading and installing MetaTrader.
To change your password, log in to your user panel, select "Accounts" from the right-hand menu, choose the specific account, and click on "Change Main Password." The password must be at least 8 characters long and include lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Visual tutorials are also available via the provided links.
To change the Master Password, enter your user dashboard and select "Accounts" from the right-hand menu. Then, select the desired account and click the "Change Main Password" option.
You can open one account for each platform (MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5). To request additional accounts, please submit a request via a ticket in the CRM. The ticket submission tutorial is available at the provided link.
No, DeltaFX does not offer Cent accounts. However, you can utilize other account types such as deltaBasic, deltaEcn, deltaFix, deltaPremium, and deltaMaster. Details for each account are available on the broker's official website.
Scalping under one minute is allowed in Real accounts, provided the transactions are not categorized as arbitrage.
Scalping refers to short-term trades, usually lasting less than 5 minutes, aimed at capturing small profits. In DeltaFX campaigns, only trades lasting over 5 minutes with a minimum profit of 5 pips are permitted to prevent potential abuse.
A five-minute trade refers to a position that remains open for at least five minutes and results in a minimum profit of 5 pips. This condition is mandatory for withdrawing profits earned from bonuses.
When account equity reaches a specific Margin Level, you will first receive a Margin Call. If the equity drops further, a Stop Out occurs, and losing positions are automatically closed. For more details, refer to the trading accounts information page on the DeltaFX website.
In Forex trading, Buy (Ask) and Sell (Bid) prices have a spread, which can widen due to market volatility or latency in order transmission.
Slippage occurs when the market price at the moment of execution changes suddenly compared to your requested price. This typically happens during high market volatility, large order volumes, limited liquidity, or the time delay between sending an order and server confirmation.

To access your account, you will need your Trading Account Number (as the Username), your Master Password, and the assigned Server address.

This error typically occurs due to incorrect login credentials (password) or selecting the wrong server.
First, download the version of MetaTrader compatible with your platform from your user dashboard. Open the software and navigate to File -> Login to Trade Account. In the pop-up window, enter your account number (Login), password, and server. Note: The server must exactly match the one in your account email (For MT4: Deltafx-Demo; for MT5: DeltaFx-Server).
Ensure you have downloaded the MetaTrader version provided on the DeltaFX website. When logging in, enter your password manually using an English keyboard. Select the Deltafx-Demo server and ensure you are using the Master Password. Please turn off "Caps Lock" and pay close attention to case sensitivity. If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of the error or request a password reset.
Download the software compatible with your device from the user panel. Select File -> Login to Trade Account and enter your login ID, password, and server.
- For MetaTrader 4: Real accounts use the Deltafx-Real server; Demo accounts use Deltafx-Demo.
- For MetaTrader 5: Both Real and Demo accounts use the DeltaFx-Server. Please ensure the server name is entered accurately and avoid copying extra spaces.
Upon creating a trading account, your account details and Master Password are automatically sent to your email. Please check your Inbox and Spam folders, and use the provided Master Password for full trading access.
To enable trading, you must log in using your Master Password. Ensure you have selected the correct server (Deltafx-Real for MT4 Real accounts or DeltaFx-Server for MT5). You may also refer to the video tutorials in your user panel for detailed guidance on downloading and installing the software.
